Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â °£È£»çÀÇ ´ëÀΰü°è¹®Á¦¿Í ÀμºÀÌ °£È£¼­ºñ½ºÀÇ Áú¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» Á¶»çÇÑ ¼­¼úÀû »ó°ü¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸ ´ë»óÀÚ´Â C Áö¿ª°ú D½Ã¿¡ À§Ä¡ÇÑ º´¿ø¿¡¼­ ÀÏÇÏ´Â 154¸íÀÇ ÀÓ»ó°£È£»çÀÌ´Ù. ÀÚ·á´Â 2018³â 2¿ù 1ÀϺÎÅÍ 5¿ù 31ÀϱîÁö ¼öÁýµÇ¾ú´Ù. µ¥ÀÌÅÍ ºÐ¼®Àº ±â¼úÀû Åë°è, t-°ËÁ¤, ÀÏ¿øºÐ»êºÐ¼®, ÇǾ »ó°ü°è¼ö ¹× À§°èÀû ȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ´ëÀΰü°è¹®Á¦´Â Àμº ¹× °£È£¼­ºñ½ºÀÇ Áú°ú ºÎÁ¤Àû »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ÀμºÀº °£È£¼­ºñ½ºÀÇ Áú°ú Á¤ÀûÀÎ »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¿¬±¸ ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ ¿¬·É, °áÈ¥»óÅÂ, Çз¼öÁØ, Á÷À§, ´ëÀΰü°è¹®Á¦¿Í ÀμºÀº °£È£¼­ºñ½ºÀÇ ÁúÀÇ 52.0%¸¦ ¼³¸íÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ °á°ú, °£È£¼­ºñ½ºÀÇ ÁúÀ» °³¼±Çϱâ À§ÇØ °£È£»çÀÇ ´ëÀΰü°è¹®Á¦¿Í ÀμºÀÌ Áß¿äÇÑ ¿ä¼ÒÀÓÀÌ ¹àÇôÁ³´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ´ëÀΰü°è¹®Á¦¸¦ ÁÙÀÌ°í °£È£»çÀÇ ÀμºÀ» Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇÑ Ã¼°èÀûÀÎ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ °³¹ßµÇ¾î¾ß ÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: In this descriptive correlation study, an investigation was done of the effects of interpersonal problems andcharacter of nurses on the quality of nursing service.

Methods: The participants were 154 clinical nurses workingin hospitals located in C province and D city. Data were collected from February 1 to May 31, 2018. Data analysiswas performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchicalregression.

Results: Interpersonal problems correlated negatively with character and quality of nursing service. Character was positively correlated with quality of nursing service. Participants' age, marital status, education level,position, interpersonal problems and character explained 52.0% of variance in quality of nursing service.

Conclusion:The findings indicate that interpersonal problems and character are important factors to be considered in workingto improve nursing service quality. Therefore, systematic programs to reduce interpersonal problems and enhancenurses' character level should be developed.
